Cancellation Policies
We work with a limited number of people so that we can meet the real needs of each participant. This means that each registration takes a spot that could have gone to someone else, which is why we have the following cancellation policy:
- Enrolling in any Happiness Business School training means that you are in compliance with this cancellation policy.
- Cancelling the registration incurs a penalty of 20% of the total training fee, which is non-refundable.
- Cancelling the registration up to 20 business days before the start of the course will result in a refund of 80% of the total training fee.
- Cancelling the registration between 20 to 10 business days before the start of the course will result in a refund of 50% of the total training fee.
- Cancelling the registration from 10 business days before the start of the course until the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the case of installment payments, the refund calculation will be based on the amount paid, also considering the provisions mentioned in point 1 of this policy.
- If you are unable to attend the training, you may send someone else in your place, by notifying us at least one week in advance.
- In case of no-show, there will be no possibility of rescheduling or refund.
- The holding of the training sessions is subject to a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the training will be canceled or postponed and the participant may choose either a full refund or a transfer to the new course date.
