Cancellation Policies

 

We work with a limited number of people so that we can meet the real needs of each participant. This means that each registration takes a spot that could have gone to someone else, which is why we have the following cancellation policy:

  1. Enrolling in any Happiness Business School training means that you are in compliance with this cancellation policy.
  2. Cancelling the registration incurs a penalty of 20% of the total training fee, which is non-refundable.
  3. Cancelling the registration up to 20 business days before the start of the course will result in a refund of 80% of the total training fee.
  4. Cancelling the registration between 20 to 10 business days before the start of the course will result in a refund of 50% of the total training fee.
  5. Cancelling the registration from 10 business days before the start of the course until the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  6. In the case of installment payments, the refund calculation will be based on the amount paid, also considering the provisions mentioned in point 1 of this policy.
  7. If you are unable to attend the training, you may send someone else in your place, by notifying us at least one week in advance.
  8. In case of no-show, there will be no possibility of rescheduling or refund.
  9. The holding of the training sessions is subject to a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the training will be canceled or postponed and the participant may choose either a full refund or a transfer to the new course date.
