I completed the course to enhance my personal development and leadership. Understanding what motivates employees across different age groups has made me a better leader and helped me develop others into empathetic leaders. Put on the oxygen mask first before helping others.

Applying what I learned, my leadership score in the company survey soared, and my team’s trust and support were remarkable. A key takeaway was emotional salary — non-financial benefits that boost job satisfaction and well-being. Many leaders overlook this, yet simple gestures like a compliment cost nothing but have great impact.

The course made me a better leader, and my growth inspired others. In fact, staff from other teams asked to join mine after hearing about our approach — perhaps the best compliment I could receive!

I feel incredibly energised on this journey of personal development, now enriched with knowledge, excellent content, and valuable insights to take on the challenge of actively promoting more happiness and love — both within and beyond the organisation.
